J'ai réussi à capter l'ordi. Toujours même problème impossible de passer ZHPDiag, il s'arrête à 1% et met "erreur application" j'ai même essayé le mode sans échec c'est pareil (je ne sais pas si ça sert à quelque chose)

D'autre part, j'ai les mises à jour qui s'arrête à 5/25. Le disque C: est presque plein. Est-ce que c'est une raison ?

Impossible d'ouvrir le téléchargement NCDiag j'ai une petite fenêtre qui s'ouvre, un petit carré, quand j'ouvre ce petit carré (Free Download Manager) il y a des tas de fichiers !!

Que faire. Je n'ai pas pu supprimer des fichiers pour faire de la place. Je ne sais pas quoi supprimer.

J'écris avec un autre ordinateur. L'ordinateur infecté est trop lent et je n'arrive même pas à me connecter au Forum.

Impossibilité de faire quoi que ce soit. J'ai même du mal à t'écrire l'ordinateur ne répond que par à coups. Je ne peux même pas mettre à jour l'antivirus il met "erreur".

Par moment j'ai l'impression qu'il agit seul !!!!!!!

En mode sans échec l'ordinateur réagit normalement je peux écrire plus normalement sans retard, mais je n'arrive pas à téléchargé NCDiag j'ai toujours le petit carré qui s'affiche.

J'ai essayé impossible d'ouvrir un autre navigateur. Il bloque par moment. L'ordi est en panne de batterie et ne fonctionne qu'avec un branchement direct. Est-il possible que cette panne interfère dans le fonctionnement.

J'ai recommencé à une autre date :

Espace libre insuffisant pour la restauration du disque.

C'est ce que j'avais fait, à moins que récupération et restauration soient différents. J'ai suivi le tutoriel et je reviens au même résultat :

"La restauration du système n'a pas été effectuée. Les fichiers et les paramètres n'ont pas été modifiés

Détails :

Restauration du système a échoué l'extraction du fichier C\Windows\System 32\Macromed\Flash\Flash64_11_9_900_ 117.ocx) a partir du point de restauration.

Tenter de restaurer le système à partir d'un autre point de restauration. Si l'erreur persiste, essayer d'utiliser une méthode de récupération avancée."

J'ai fait plusieurs points de restauration. J'arrive à chaque fois au même résultat.

J'ai essayé de copier par capture d'écran mais nulle et ne suis pas arrivée.

Après avoir laissé la mer et le soleil j'ai retrouvé la pluie et les ennuies

J'ai suivi le tutoriel et quand l'ordi a redémarré il a voulu faire les dernières mises à jour, mais bloque à 5/26.

J'ai recommencé tout s'est bien déroulé mais à la fin il y a une page, avec gros caractères, qui s'est ouverte
Dell inc PhoenixBios Setup Utility.

Je ne touche à rien j'attends ta réponse.

Comment se comporte le PC à la suite du passage de Windows Repair ?

Il devrait avoir un rapport dans le dossier logs du dossier de Windows Repair.

Par moment il y a un décalage, ce matin pas du tout. L'ordinateur chauffe beaucoup c'est peut être ça ?

- Quand il s'allume j'ai une page noire avec F1 to continue
F2 SETUP
F12 Boot Menu
à chaque fois je fais F1.

- Ensuite il y a un message "The Dell Dock encountered a problem and needs to close.
Je clique sur la croix pour l'enlever.

- Il y a une mise à jour Adobe Updater Reader qui est "coincée" elle ne se fait pas et quand on éteint elle apparait en empêchant de fermer.

OK, c'est effectivement probablement parce que le PC chauffe trop.

Tente de désinstaller / réinstaller Delldock.

Adobe Reader est à jour ?

Je n'arrive pas à désinstaller Delldock. Un message me dit qu'il faut attendre la fin du téléchargement en cours. Mais il n'a rien en cours. La mise à jour d'Adobe Reader Updader est bloquée.

Le PC a Adobe Reader 9.

Essaye avec Revo Uninstaller en mode Avancé : http://www.forum-entraide-informatique. ... ion-propre

Et prends Adobe Reader ici : https://get.adobe.com/fr/reader/
Pense à décocher l'installation facultative avant de lancer le téléchargement.

J'ai essayé par Revo, heureusement je l'avais déjà, car impossible de le télécharger. Toujours même message "Attendre fin du téléchargement en cours" Mais Delldock n'est pas sur Revo. J'ai essayé par le panneau de configuration, j'ai bien Delldock, mais encore "attendre fin du téléchargement en cours".

Pour Adobe Reader :

Une erreur s'est produite lors de l'installation de Adobe Reader.
Error 1500. Une autre installation est en cours. Vous devez la terminer avant de poursuivre cette installation.

Je ne peux rien faire. Cette installation Adobe Reader Updater est bloquée.

Que faire ?

bonjour, si on me permet cette intervention , redémarres ton pc et essais de nouveau la désinstallation !!!

Perso je ne sais peut être pas grand chose, mais si le peu que je sais peut aider et bien,

J'ai bien essayé ta solution "commentçamarche" mais je n'y comprends rien. La 1ère solution en cherchant est plus facile mais il manque sur l'ordi dans la clé Inprogress.

Je vais essayer de recommencer mais ils demandent de téléchargé Log de Adobe sur le bureau. Déjà je n'y arrive pas.
