Bonjour

je poste ici sur suggestion de nergens, après avoir déjà posté pour un problème internet : http://www.forum-entraide-informatique. ... 643.html?e

En effet, MBAM et AdwCleaner ont repérés des infections qui ont été supprimés ensuite. Mais comme dit nergens, il y a surement quelques bébêtes qui traînent encore !

De plus je me retrouve maintenant avec un nouveau problème : le fameux écran bleu "A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage on your computer...etc" qui apparaît de temps en temps.

Tu as déjà passé les outils précédemment ?

salut pour avancer :

Télécharge TDSS Killer (de Kaspersky) sur ton Bureau.
Lance TDSS, exécuter en tant qu'administrateur sous Windows : 7/8 et Vista
Clique sur Change parameters
Coche Loaded modules
Clique sur Ok
Clique sur Reboot now

Note : après le redémarrage
Une message pour éxécuter l'outil va apparaître, clique sur Oui
Clique sur Change parameters
Coche les cases suivante
- Verify file digital signatures
- Detect TDLFS file system
Clique sur Ok
Clique sur Start scan

~~ Tutoriel en image ~~
Si aucune menace n'est détectée :
- Dit le moi simplement dans ta réponse.
Si des menaces sont détectées :
- Vérifie que les options suivantes sont bien appliqués
- Si TDSS.tdl2 est détecté, l'option par défaut est delete
- Si TDSS.tdl3 est détecté, l'option par défaut est Cure
- Si TDSS.tdl4 (mbr) est détecté, l'option par défaut est Cure
- Si Suspicious object est indiqué, l'option par défaut est Skip
- Puis, clique sur Reboot now.
Une fois le scan terminé rends toi dans ton disque dur (en général C:\...), le fichier TDSSKiller.¤¤¤¤ log.txt à été créé.
Héberge le rapport TDSSKiller.¤¤¤¤ log.txt sur SOSUpload, puis copie/colle le lien fourni dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

Bonjour,

Plus personne pour mon problème?^^
C'est beaucoup moins récurrent maintenant mais l'ordi portable à toujours ce problème de crash/ecran bleu parfois.

D'ailleurs je sais pas si ça peut avoir un lien mais Avast se désactive tout seul et quand j'essaye de le réactiver j'ai cette fenêtre :

Désolé du délai.

Bon en tout cas niveau infection c'est clean, y'avait presque rien, tu peux retourner dans ton sujet initial ou tu as d'autres questions ?
La solution sera surement trouvée là-bas, je crois que grimpeur a quelque chose à te proposer.

D'accord c'est une bonne chose ça.

Du coup je retourne sur le sujet initial pour ce problème d'écran bleu ("A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage on your computer...etc") ?

Oui exact, retourne là-bas, la désinfection a quand même permis d'enlever quelques broutilles, et au moins écarter cette piste pour les écrans bleus.

possible de voir un rapport de gMer ? moi j'ai un doute sur un patchage de fichier systeme

Télécharge Gmer : http://www.gmer.net/#files clique sur « Download EXE » et enregistre-le sur ton bureau

Important : Désactive toutes tes protections : http://forum.pcastuces.com/desactiver_l ... -f31s4.htm

Ne pas utiliser l'ordinateur pendant le scan de GMER

Pour XP => double clique sur gmer.exe
Pour Vista et 7 => clique droit « executer en tant que…. »

GMER va lancer un scan automatique

s'il detecte une activité de rootkit et demande un scan complet , répondre non.

clique sur Scan

si une fenêtre indiquant un rootkit apparait clique sur OK.
Une fois le scan terminé sauvegarde le rapport sur ton bureau sous le nom gmer.log

ensuite héberge ce rapport sur http://upload.sosvirus.net et donne le lien obtenu

Réactive tes protections.

Note: Si problèmes utiliser GMER en mode sans echec.

Juste de passage...

Vu que tu vas te lancer dans une restauration usine de ton pc (en espérant pour moi que ce pc est le même que sur ton autre sujet sinon mon message ne sert à rien

), tu ferais bien de le dire à G3n pour éviter de perdre du temps à te désinfecter.

D'accord. Au vu du problème du moment, je vais donc privilégier la suite du sujet initial.
Ne souhaitant, de plus, ne pas faire perdre son temps à G3n.
