Hello,

Here is a tutorial to reset Internet Explorer.

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Go in Tools (or do Alt + X), then Internet Options.
3. Go to the tab Advanced.
4. Click on Reset...
5. In the windows that opens, tick Remove personal settings, then click on Reset.
