hello je n'utilise pas zhpdiag

désactive ton antivirus le temps du scan
Télécharge quickDiag ici : http://www.telecharger.sosvirus.net/download/quickdiag/
lance-le , clique sur "Extended" puis une fois terminé , heberge le rapport sur http://upload.sosvirus.net et donne le lien obtenu pour aller le consulter
le rapport sera sur le bureau au nom de QuickDiag_date_heure.txt

• Télécharge MalwareBytes
• Procède à l'installation de celui çi Décocher "Activer l'essai gratuit de Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium"
• Clic sur Mettre à jour (à droite, au centre)
• Clic sur Examen (en haut)
• Sélectionne Examen "Menaces"
• Clic sur Examiner maintenant
• A la fin du scan clic sur Tout mettre en quarantaine !
• Clic sur Copier dans le Presse-papiers
• Un rapport va s'ouvrir. Copie/Colle son contenue dans ta prochaine réponse.

LOrsque je lance MBAM je n'ai pas de menaces.
examem terminé avec succés.aucun élément malveillant detecté<;

pour info le MBAM du 21 10 avec des éléments malveillants detetés.

En résumé j'ai exécute
ADWCLEANER
ADSFIX
MBAM

puis enfin QUICKDIAG pour le rapport

Pour ma culture personnelle tu n'a rien vu dans le rapport Quickdiag?

bien , supprime quickdiag , puis retelecharge-le , puis refais un scan après avoir cliqué sur "Extended"

bien , c'est propre , des soucis persistent ?

comme je te le disait précedemment c'est bien mieux.
Aurais tu un outil pour controler les processus et les services qui sont démarrés et voir ceux qui ne sont pas utile.
de temps en temps le pc 'semble boucler' en manque de ressouce?
Je n'ai que 1 giga de memoire vive.
