Bonjour,

cela fait un bon moment que mon pc portable plante régulièrement à cause de ce message d'erreur (cf titre) ... Cela avait cessé pendant 2 semaines environs, après mon premier passage sur le forum, mais le problème revient ...

Rien qu'à l'instant j'ai eu droit à 3 plantages avant d'arriver enfin au forum (première fois que ça arrive).

C'est à chaque fois le même message, sauf les codes qui changent mais c'est toujours dû à "ntoskrnl.exe".

Mes drivers sont à jour via le site "DriversCloud" et mes programmes sont à jour via le programme "FileHippo".

Je scanne régulièrement mon pc avec "AviraAntivir" et "Malwarebytes anti-Malware".

OS: Windows 8.1 64 bits
Bios: N751JX.202
Proco: Intel I7-4720HQ 2.60GhZ
RAM: 16GB
CG: Intel HD Graphics 4600
CG 2: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M

Bonjour,

Va dans le gestionnaire des périphériques, puis sur la carte réseau fais un clic droit => Propriétés, va dans l'onglet Gestion de l'alimentation puis décoche "Autoriser Windows à éteindre le périphérique pour économiser de l'énergie".
Ensuite donne des nouvelles sur le problème.

merci pour votre réponse, j'ai fais ce que vous avez dit, je donnerais des nouvelles plus tard, car le problème survient à intervalle irrégulier, autant l'autre jour mon pc à crashé 3 fois d'affilé, autant je n'ai plus eu de crash depuis 4 jours ...

Alors j'ai l'impression que le système d'alimentation peut y être lié car, comme je disais, il à planté 2x d'affiler en étant sur batterie, maintenant qu'il est sur secteur, je n'ai pas de soucis et j'ai l'impression que ces plantages arrivent plus fréquemment lorsqu'il est sur batterie même si cela arrive dans tous les cas mais je n'en suis vraiment pas sûre ...

As-tu tester ta batterie sur un autre PC pour voir si elle est défectueuse comme ça tu pourras en changer par une nouvelle.

Est-ce que la batterie est ancienne ? Et tu as pu faire quelques tests, voir si l'hypothèse que cela plante plus souvent sur batterie se confirme ?

Le pc est nouveau du mois d'aout ... Mais maintenant que j'y pense, c'est vrai que même pas une semaine après l'avoir allumé j'avais déjà ce plantage ...

Si ton PC est tout neuf alors il est toujours sous garantis donc renvois le au SAV !??

C'est peut être un défaut de fabrication.
