Bonjour,
Après des mois d'hésitation, j'ai finalement cédé à la pression de Microsoft et j'ai installé Windows 10. C'était vers le début de mai 2016. Au début tout allait bien. Puis, vers la fin de mai, crash. Un écran bleu que voici :
Et ça se produit aux 20 minutes, parfois moins, jamais plus. Vous comprenez que l'ordinateur est inutilisable. Sauf en mode sans échec que j'utilise présentement.
Oui, en mode sans échec, je peux travailler aussi longtemps que je veux. Mais je n'ai pas de son, pas de mises à jour et de quelques autres fonctions.
Donc, voilà 3 mois que je vis en mode sans échec. Aujourd'hui, je tente de trouver une solution.
Quelqu'un ici saurait-il ce que veux dire PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (WdFilter.sys).
Comme on me le conseille sur l'écran bleu, j'ai recherché dans Google. Ce que j'ai trouvé m'indique que ce problème peut se produire pour de multiples raisons. Je n'ai pas trouvé de filon où je rencontrerais des cas similaires au mien en quantité. En fait, je n'ai pas trouvé un seul cas similaire au mien.
J'ai lu à propos du logiciel WhoCrashed et je l'ai installé. À tous hasards, je poste son rapport.

Dans mes recherches, j'ai vu plusieurs allusions aux barettes de mémoire, au cartes graphiques, particulièrement NVidia (ma carte graphique : NVidia GeForce GT430) et ses pilotes. J'ai moi-même exécuté le test de Windows 10 pour la mémoire vive et tout semble beau.
Il faut que je dise aussi que, croyant bien faire, dans les semaines qui ont suivi la migration vers Windows 10, j'ai fait la mise à jour de différents pilotes. Pour la plupart, je procédais ainsi : dans le gestionnaire de périphériques je cliquais droit sur un item, par exemple « carte réseau », puis, dans Propriétés, mettre à jour le pilote. Alors parfois Windows répondait que le meilleur pilote est déjà là, mais dans plusieurs autres cas, il le trouvait en ligne et l'installait. Dans un seul cas, j'ai dû aller moi-même sur Internet pour trouver un pilote et c'est sur le site de Realtek pour ma carte de son.
Jusqu'à maintenant, je n'ai pas osé retourner jouer avec les pilotes. Je préfère attendre de lire vos réponses. De toutes façons, ce n'est pas possible en mode sans échec et, en mode normal, je n'ai que 10 ou 20 minutes pour opérer. Après je dois redémarrer ce qui est infernal.

Dans mes recherches, j'ai vu plusieurs allusions aux barettes de mémoire, au cartes graphiques, particulièrement NVidia (ma carte graphique : NVidia GeForce GT430) et ses pilotes. J'ai moi-même exécuté le test de Windows 10 pour la mémoire vive et tout semble beau.
Il faut que je dise aussi que, croyant bien faire, dans les semaines qui ont suivi la migration vers Windows 10, j'ai fait la mise à jour de différents pilotes. Pour la plupart, je procédais ainsi : dans le gestionnaire de périphériques je cliquais droit sur un item, par exemple « carte réseau », puis, dans Propriétés, mettre à jour le pilote. Alors parfois Windows répondait que le meilleur pilote est déjà là, mais dans plusieurs autres cas, il le trouvait en ligne et l'installait. Dans un seul cas, j'ai dû aller moi-même sur Internet pour trouver un pilote et c'est sur le site de Realtek pour ma carte de son.
Jusqu'à maintenant, je n'ai pas osé retourner jouer avec les pilotes. Je préfère attendre de lire vos réponses. De toutes façons, ce n'est pas possible en mode sans échec et, en mode normal, je n'ai que 10 ou 20 minutes pour opérer. Après je dois redémarrer ce qui est infernal.
